
Rolling out a coaching program at Bupa
Bupa trialled YakTrak in two underperforming regions to support a new leadership coaching program and lift sales performance through stronger coaching consistency. By making coaching activity and quality visible, leaders increased coaching and team meeting cadence and improved coaching effectiveness, with both regions lifting from 78% → 117% and 88% → 101% of target, and coaching increasing by 131%.
The challenge
Bupa needed software to support a new leadership coaching program and address two regions that were struggling to meet sales targets. They required visibility of coaching activity and the quality of coaching interactions.
